New Map Editor, Forums Fixed |

A new map editor is now available in the Main Menu of the game. This will allow you to create your own house maps offline and then save them as a file. You can send that file to me for new houses and house screen modifications!
The forums have also been fixed after some issues. Feel free to use them again. |

Some updates have been made to the server. Damage on the Borflail and Hammer of Frost has been boosted. We have also removed a lot of broken spells from the magic lists. Balance changes are going to be continued to made. If you would like to participate in the discussion surrounding these changes, check out the forums!
We have also updated the game's options menu to allow you to control some lighting settings. Some machines have trouble with the lighting, so we have added additional options to boost performance if needed. |

The game was updated to fix a lot of compatibility issues with Vista. If you have Windows Vista, it is recommended that you uninstall the game, and then download the latest installer and reinstall it. This will give you much better performance in the game.
There is also a new high priority choice in the options. Turning this on will often improve performance on a machine, especially laptops. Try it out if you are experiencing low frames per second (checked by /f, the ideal amount is 40).
There are some new quest guides, including Hero's and fixed quest guides for Garden and some others. We'd like to extend a special thanks to enderets for putting these guides together. |

Quest guides are now available on the web site. Just click Quest Guides in the new Guides section on the left menu of the web site. Also newly available in this section are a normal world map, and a highly detailed world map, where you can see the entire world of Odyssey. Go check them out! |

NOTE: IT IS VERY LIKELY YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST INSTALLER! If you do not have the latest installer, you may get errors or fail to update. Changes: -Fixed up the interface a bunch and removed some flickers when you click objects and switched maps. -Music and sound now uses fmod, which is very fast. The music and sounds no longer slow the game down. I will also be fixing up the music around the world, as it is missing in many places or uses really crappy music =P -Added weather effects -Fixed broken Vista support. The game now can run and connect on Vista just fine. -Fixed a bunch of bugs in the updater. If you have not downloaded the latest installer, TODAY, then your updater is old! Download the latest installer to avoid problems! Coming soon: Now that all that is done, here are some changes that are coming next. -HP Bars for guild members and allies -Guild stats system. It will be built into the /guilds screens, and will track individual stats, as well as guild stats against guilds you are at war with. -Self HP Bar (configurable in options) |

The game is receiving massive updates. Here are some of the changes! -Lighting added -Torches that give off light added -Day/Night cycle added -Updater vastly improved. It should work for everyone now, and is a lot better at detecting if files need updating If you are having trouble running the game (getting errors of any kind), it is time to download the latest installer off the site to make sure you have everything up to date! |
