Energy Changes, E-pots Return, PM System |

We have updated the game with changes to energy. Maximum energy has been reduced to get a handle on the running that was occurring on the server. People were sometimes running for 20 minutes until the person just gave up. We have brought e-pots back with this change to add back a way for good players to get a quick energy boost to use in critical situations. They are sold in Crendale.
Also, we have actually removed the Kill/Death ratio from the Guild menu. There is no longer any way to access it. This is to prevent people from being afraid to fight because they might hurt their stats. We also heard people were being excluded from guilds if they were hurting the guilds overall kill/death ratio. This is not the effect the system was meant to have so it has been removed.
We have also added a private messaging system to the forums and site as requested by the players. It is fully integrated now with the forums and will show up on your left menu upon logging in. |

We have upgraded to a new faster server. Our old server was running on a single P4 with 1GB of ram, and now we are running on:
- OS: Linux Ubuntu
- CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo - 2.13 GHz
- RAM: 2 GB
- Storage: 2 x 300 GB hard drives
- Bandwidth: 1,000 GB per month
The new server costs $100/month so don't forget to visit the store to help keep upgrades like this coming! |

Due to feedback we received on the sprites having too many recolors, we released a new sprite sheet that contains several brand new sprites, as well as getting rid of some sprites that are commonly abused or there were too many duplicates of. Slasher threw these all together so a special thanks to him again.
Quix also sent in alot of new objects that were added as well. These objects turned out really nice, so expect to see them more as new content is released. Thanks Quix!

Today a major behind the scenes update was released that expands how many maps and monsters we can have on the server (we were full). While we were at it, we went a little wild and added 10 slots for monsters per map, allowing for a total of 20 monsters. These new monsters can run, hit double speed, and are more resistant to turn hitting. We fixed a bug that made the monsters jump around the map in a really jerky fashion, so monsters move much smoother now. Expect to see some of these new features shown off in big new updates that me and Golbez are still working on. We have all kinds of new stuff coming to the come for you guys, which we have hinted at a bit on the server, so look for clues! |

The new Quest "Time Lost Fortress" loot has been updated to
30,000 sand.
512,000 gold.
100 vials of mercury(need 15,000 of these for upgrading relic weapons).
100 pure metals(need 15,000 of these for upgrading relic weapons).
The Treasure box at the end works as followed:
1 GH 100% of the time + additional possible outcomes.
1% chance to get HQHPscroll +10 hp enchant on any item.
20% chance to get a Aegis.
30% chance to get a Koeing Body
49% chance to get HPscroll +5h hp enchant on any item.
Further changes in the future could be possible. |

New Sprites/Objects Added |

We added more than 20 new sprites today as well as some new item artwork. The sprites will be available for purchase as guild sprites only until June 10th, when they will unlock into /sprite and /incognito. I'd like to give a special thanks to Slasher for putting the files together. |
